I have been dealing with right hip pain for many, many years now. I've had x-rays which showed bone on bone however, I am trying to push off having hip replacement surgery as long as I can. I have tried cortisone injections which gave me temporary relief however, after a few weeks all the pain seems to come back. I am looking for any advice anyone has to offer.
