Biceps Tenodesis / Tenotomy Recovery Guide
Biceps tenodesis anchors the biceps tendon to bone; tenotomy releases it. Both usually involve a short sling period and limits on elbow flexion strengthening early. Less restrictive than cuff repair, but not unrestricted.
